Cloud Nine Entertainment is a nonprofit organization committed to changing the world by improving the health and wellness of performing artists and entertainers. Founded by working artists and mental health professionals, we understand the unique needs of creatives and seek to create communities of resilience, wellness, artistic freedom. Healthy performing artists are necessary for a healthy community as we help the public access their own joy, grief, and wonder. We create experiences and opportunities for togetherness. We inspire conversation and compassion and without entertainers, the world becomes dull. The price for pursuing our passions can be great and as performing artists we experience anxiety and depression at greater rates than our non-performing neighbors. We might tell ourselves that the cost is part of the process but that doesn't have to be true.

At Cloud Nine Entertainment, we are committed to empowering individuals to thrive through performing arts and mental wellness education. Our current projects include grants for performing arts classes and workshops, mental health skill building and support, and assistance evaluating potential training organizations and coaches.

Resources For Studios and Coaches
At Cloud Nine Entertainment, we are passionate about providing free or low-cost training to coaches and instructors across all performing arts disciplines. We believe that every human deserves access to the transformative power of the arts, and we want to ensure that all instructors are equipped with the necessary tools to recognize and respond to mental health or substance use challenges that they might encounter. Every performing arts training environment needs to be a trauma-informed, safe, and open space for exploring artistic potential and Cloud Nine Entertainment is here to educate and guide individuals and organizations into that reality.

Cloud Nine Entertainment is working with performers and organizations to build a healthy and safe foundation from which artists may follow their calling and use their art to change the world. We are proud to produce high quality works that allow local artists to showcase their talents and deliver the gift of entertainment to our communities. These performances support other nonprofits and inspire whole communities to stand in their creative spirit.
